木酢液处理对甜菜种子萌发及物质效率的影响

摘要 为了研究不同稀释程度木酢液对甜菜单粒种的引发效果,并为甜菜种子包衣剂材料的筛选提供依据。试验以甜菜单粒种“TD805”为材料,不同稀释程度木酢液作为引发剂,测定发芽势、发芽率等数据。结果表明,不同稀释程度木酢液处理甜菜种子时,木酢液溶液浸种16 h的种子活力优于8、24 h,其中P800处理下的活力指数与物质效率最高,与CK处理相比,分别提高了102.58%、40.09%;P1200处理下的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数最高,与CK处理相比,分别提高了6.34%、5.34%、71.84%,电导率与CK处理相比均显著下降。该试验表明不同稀释程度的木酢液能提高种子活力,加快贮藏物质转化,提高种子营养利用率,且随着处理时间与试剂稀释程度的不同对甜菜种子的引发效果也均有不同影响。 The aims were to study the priming effect of different dilution degrees of wood vinegar on sugar beet single seed,and provide the basis for screening sugar beet seed coating material.In this experiment,the sugar beet single seed‘TD805’was used as the material,and the wood vinegar with different dilution degrees was used as the initiator to determine the germination potential,germination rate and other data.The results showed that the seed vigor of sugar beet seeds soaked in wood vinegar solution for 16 h was better than that of 8 h and 24 h,and the vigor index and material efficiency under P800 treatment were the highest,which increased by 102.58%and 40.09%respectively compared with CK treatment.The germination potential,germination rate and germination index under P1200 treatment were the highest,which increased by 6.34%,5.34%and 71.84%respectively compared with CK treatment,and the conductivity decreased significantly compared with CK treatment.The experiment showed that the wood vinegar with different dilution degrees could improve seed vigor,accelerate the transformation of storage substances,and improve the utilization rate of seed nutrition.With the different treatment time and reagent dilution degree,the priming effect of sugar beet seeds was also different.
