高质量发展对公立医院提出了新的时代要求。为了在复杂变化的内外环境下持续提供优质、高效的医疗服务,公立医院需要具备有效识别环境变化、及时整合重构内外部资源以保持战略适应的动态能力。基于动态能力理论介绍公立医院动态能力的发展沿革与理论内涵,研究公立医院动态能力的必要性,同时阐释了公立医院动态能力的定义、构成要素、前因与作用机制,并就如何提升动态能力以促进公立医院高质量发展进行了探讨。

High-quality development has brought new contemporary demands on the ability of Chinese public hospitals.To sustainably provide high-quality and efficient healthcare services in a complex and ever-changing inter⁃nal and external environment,public hospitals are in urgent need to possess the dynamic capabilities to effectively identify environmental changes and to timely integrate and reconfigure resources to maintain strategic adaptation.Drawing on the dynamic capabilities theory,it explicated the development and connotation of dynamic capabilities of public hospitals,highlighted the necessity of studying such capabilities,elaborated the definition,components,pre⁃conditions and mechanisms of dynamic capabilities for public hospitals,and discussed how to enhance the dynamic capacity for quality development of public hospitals.
