With the continuous advancement of performance appraisal in national tertiary public hospitals,it is particularly important to improve the level of hospital delicacy management.Based on the performance appraisal index system,the Yancheng Third People’s Hospital constructed a management platform based on the whole data cycle.The demand analysis,platform architecture,functional module design and application effect were discussed in detail,and the performance appraisal work of tertiary public hospitals was analyzed and summarized.In this way,it is expected to improve the quality of index data and work efficiency,and provide complete data decision-making reference for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
