摘要
为了揭示补贴差异与风险偏好对知识转移行为与网络演变的影响,运用复杂网络理论构建了两个独立的R&D网络,基于风险偏好提出了跨网络迁移机制,并考虑补贴差异建立了R&D网络上的知识转移博弈模型.研究表明,补贴能促进知识转移合作,补贴值大于一定的阈值是产生知识转移合作的必要条件.若R&D网络间存在补贴差异,较高补贴的R&D网络的规模较大,且主体间联系更紧密.由于跨网络迁移行为,网络之间存在交互影响,能够互相影响知识转移水平.过度分散的风险偏好分布不利于主体之间的合作.此外,增加迁移成本能够提升合作水平.
Two independent networks are constructed based on complex network theory to reveal the impact of subsidy differences and risk preferences on the evolution of knowledge transfer and networks.A crossnetwork migration mechanism is proposed based on risk preferences.A game model for knowledge transfer in R&D networks is established considering subsidy differences.The results show that subsidies can promote knowledge transfer cooperation.The necessary condition for knowledge transfer cooperation is that the subsidy must be greater than a threshold.If there are subsidy differences between the R&D networks,the networks with higher subsidies will have a larger scale and will have closer connections among agents.The interactive influences between the networks due to cross-network migration can affect the knowledge transfer level.An over-dispersed risk preference distribution is not conducive to cooperation among agents.Besides,increasing the migration cost can improve the cooperation level.
