摘要
ITER装置是以氘氚为燃料进行大规模核聚变反应的大型科学实验装置,气体注入系统是其重要的一个子系统。为验证和固化基于MFC(流量控制器)的ITER气体注入系统设计,对MFC的性能包括内漏、静磁场抗扰度、流量控制精度和响应时间进行实验研究并在真空模拟平台上对该气体注入原型系统开展验证测试。实验结果表明,基于MFC的ITER气体注入系统在技术参数上符合设计技术指标,同时还可为ITER装置气体注入控制方式设计提供参考,为未来聚变堆气体注入系统的设计和建造提供基础工程数据。
ITER is a large-scale scientific experimental device that uses deuterium and tritium as fuel for nuclear fusion reactions and the gas injection system is an important subsystem of ITER.To validate and solidify the design of the GIS based on MFCs,experimental research on the performance of MFCs was conducted,including internal leakage,resistance to static magnetic field interference,flow control accuracy and response time.Furthermore,verification tests were carried out on a vacuum simulation platform for the gas injection prototype.The test results show that the GIS design based on MFCs meets the technical requirements and provides a reference for the operation design of GIS for the ITER,thus providing fundamental engineering data for the GIS design and construction of future fusion reactors.
