辉钼矿基邻苯二酚传感器制备及性能研究

摘要 以天然辉钼矿(MLN)、戊二醛(GA)和酪氨酸酶(TYR)为修饰材料,采用化学偶联方法将三种物质修饰在玻碳电极表面制备TYR/GA/MLN/GCE电化学传感器,对邻苯二酚(CC)的含量进行检测。采用扫描电子显微镜和红外光谱等方法对修饰电极进行表征,利用电化学阻抗谱、循环伏安法、定电位法测试修饰电极的电化学性能。实验结果表明,该修饰电极对CC的氧化还原反应具有良好的电化学催化作用,在0.5~50μmol/L范围内,峰电流与CC浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为0.33μmol/L。传感器线性范围较宽,检测限较低,具有优异的重现性、稳定性和选择性。 A chemical coupling method was used to construct a TYR/GA/MLN/GCE electrochemical sensor modified with molybdenite(MLN),glutaraldehyde(GA)and tyrosinase(TYR)on the surface of glassy carbon electrode,and the prepared sensor can detect the content of catechol(CC).The prepared sensor was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The electrochemical performance of the modified electrode was tested by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,cyclic voltammetry,and steadystate amperometric method.The results show that the modified electrode has a good electrochemical catalytic effect on the redox reaction of CC.The peak current has a good linear relationship with the concentration of CC in the range of 0.5~50 μmol/L,and the detection limit( S/N =3)is 0.33 μmol/L.The designed sensor has a wide linear range,low detection limit,excellent reproducibility,stability and selectivity.
