安格斯牛与本地黄牛杂交利用现状

Current situation of cross utilization of Angus and local yellow cattle

我国本地黄牛资源丰富,但生长缓慢,优质牛肉产量相对较低,无法满足人们对优质牛肉的需求,一定程度上制约了肉牛产业的发展。为了提高肉牛单产水平与养殖效益,文章就安格斯牛与国内近年来不同区域黄牛杂交的后代体重变化、屠宰性能、肉质遗传性能挖掘及肉质变化效果进行归纳。结果表明:安格斯牛杂交后代与本地黄牛相比较,生长速度快、增重快、产肉率高且肉质好,深受消费者喜爱,可有效增加本地黄牛养殖的经济效益,市场前景广阔。

Resources of the bovidae family is abound in China,but their growth performance is slow and the production capacity of high-quality meat in beef production is relatively low for meeting the markets for high-quality beef,which to some extent could be a restricting factor for the development of the beef cattle industry.In order to provide a reference for improving the yield level and the efficiency of breeding beef cattle,this article summarizes the crossbreeding utilization of Angus and yellow cattle breeds of different regions in China in recent years,including the change of body weight,slaughter performance,exploration of genetics of beef quality,and the effects of beef quality improvement.The results showed that compared with local yellow cattle,the hybrids showed faster growth rate and weight gain,higher meat production rate,and better meat quality,which were highly favored by consumers and could effectively increase the economic benefits of local yellow cattle breeding,showing broad market prospects.
