任务驱动结合团队学习法在宠物外科兔胃切开手术实训课程的应用——以现代学徒制宠物京和班为例

The application of task-driven teaching and TBL in the training course of rabbit gastrostomy in pet surgery:taking the modern apprenticeship pet Jinghe class as an example

宠物外科手术技术实践课,对于培养学生综合运用学科知识和外科知识诊断宠物外科疾病、树立无菌意识、培养团队协作意识和练习外科基本技能有重要作用。当前,该课程教学面临缺少实验动物、实训课时限制、学生技能练习热情不高、团队协作意识培养不到位等现象,不能满足实践课程教学需求。基于职业教育人才培养需求,在现代学徒制宠物京和班实训课程采用宠物外科实训任务驱动结合团队学习法(TBL)教学模式,与2021级宠物医疗技术专业07班传统讲授方法实训授课进行教学效果比较。结果表明:与07班传统教学实训授课相比,在兔胃切开手术实训中采用基于任务驱动结合TBL授课方法极显著提高了京和班学生的技能熟练度、胃切开术实操成绩及总成绩(P<0.01)。说明宠物外科兔胃切开手术实训课程采用任务驱动结合TBL的教学方式有助于提高学生实训技能提升,优于传统授课模式。

The practical course of pet surgery technology plays an important role in cultivating students’comprehensive application of subject and surgical knowledge to diagnose pet surgery diseases,build up aseptic awareness,develop teamwork awareness,and learn basic surgical skills.The current conventional practical teaching is being challenged by the lack of experimental animals,limited training hours,less skills-learning enthusiasm in students,and less efficient cultivation measures of teamwork awareness,which cannot meet the demand of practical courses teaching.Based on personnel training requirements of vocational education,the author adopted the teaching method to teach modern apprenticeship pet Jinghe class training course by combining task-driven teaching and TBL teaching in pet surgery,and the traditional teaching method for a class of the 2021 pet medical technology major to compare the teaching effects.The results showed that compared to the traditional teaching method,the task-driven teaching combined with TBL teaching in the training of rabbit gastrotomy significantly improved the skill proficiency of Jinghe class,the practical operation of gastrotomy,and the total score(P<0.01),suggesting the advantages of the task-driven teaching combined with TBL teaching in the practical training of rabbit gastrotomy surgery in pet surgery.
