摘要
黑山峡水利枢纽在新时期被赋予更高定位,作为多能互补清洁能源基地的中心,充分发挥水电的容量作用,更好地满足电力系统调峰、新能源消纳的需求,以助力碳达峰碳中和目标的实现。对其装机容量优化调整开展研究,分析了黑山峡河段开发受区域综合需求制约的边界条件,计算了各频率年份电站出力与调峰指标,提出了几种装机容量调整方案并进行了对比分析。结果表明,黑山峡电站丰水年发电与调峰指标最好,枯水年平均出力小、可调出力小,其调峰能力受枯水年发电情况制约,各装机容量调整方案中将黑山峡电站装机由200万kW提高至240万kW是比较合适的,装机容量增加后年发电量增加3.1亿kW·h,保证出力增加0.04万kW,枯水年平均可调出力在全年和非凌汛期分别增加0.8万kW和1.3万kW,最大调峰容量在全年和非凌汛期分别增加23.3万kW和40.0万kW,可带来较好的发电效益。
Heishanxia Key Water Control Project is given a new and higher positioning in the new era.As the center and main power source of multi energy complementary clean energy base,it will give full play to the capacity role of hydropower,meet the peak shaving and new energy consumption needs of the power system better,and assist in achieving the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.This paper studied the optimization and adjustment of the installed scale of Heishanxia Key Water Control Project,analyzed the boundary conditions that the development of Heishanxia section was restricted by the regional comprehensive demand,calculated the output and peak shaving indexes of the hydropower station in each frequency year,proposed several adjustment schemes of the installed scale and made a comparative analysis.According to the research,Heishanxia Hydropower Station has the best power generation and peak shaving indicators in wet years,low average output and small adjustable output in dry years.Its peak shaving capacity is restricted by the power generation in dry years.It is more appropriate to increase the installed capacity of the station from 2 million kW to 2.4 million kW in each installed scale adjustment scheme.After the installed capacity is increased,the power generation will increase by 310 million kW·h,and the guaranteed output will increase by 400 kW,the average adjustable output in dry years increases by 8000 kW and 13000 kW in the whole year and non ice flood season respectively,and the maximum peak shaving capacity increases by 233000 kw and 400000 kW in the whole year and non ice flood season respectively,which can bring better power generation benefits.
