吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆干预对老年高血压患者血压与PSQI评分的应用效果研究

Effects of Acupoint Application of Evodia Rutaecarpa Combined With Auricular Acupressure on Blood Pressure and PSQI Score in Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的:探究吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆干预对老年高血压患者血压和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分的影响。方法:选取2021年9月至2023年1月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的老年高血压患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组在常规干预基础上联用吴茱萸穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆,对照组接受常规干预,比较2组患者干预前后血压水平、PSQI得分、生命质量量表得分差异。结果:干预前2组患者的血压水平、PSQI评分、生命质量量表评分组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),干预后观察组患者收缩压、舒张压、PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),生命质量量表得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年高血压患者开展吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆有助于改善患者血压水平,提高患者睡眠质量及生命质量,具有较好的临床推广运用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application of evodia rutaecarpa combined with auricular acupressure on blood pressure and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients with hypertension who were treated in our hospital from September 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).On the basis of routine intervention,the observation group was combined with acupoint application of evodia rutaecarpa and auricular acupressure,and the control group received conventional intervention.The blood pressure level,PSQI scores and Quality of Life Scale scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the blood pressure level,PSQI score and quality of life scale score between the two groups(P s>0.05).After the intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and PSQI score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P s<0.05),and the quality of life scale score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of evodia rutaecarpa combined with auricular acupressure therapy can improve the blood pressure level,sleep quality and quality of life in elderly patients with hypertension,which has a good clinical application value.
