摘要
目的:分析基于问题导向的护理模式对老年帕金森患者睡眠质量及运动功能的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的老年帕金森患者68例作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序等量分配法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用基于问题导向的护理模式。对照2组运行不同模式的干预效果,并分析其对患者不良心态、睡眠质量、运动功能、平衡能力、生命质量、自我效能的影响。结果:护理前,相关参数获取结果并不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,与对照组比较,观察组患者的睡眠质量测评值、不良心态获取值较低,运动功能与平衡能力获取结果更高,自我效能、生命质量获取分值更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。讨论:对老年帕金森患者运用基于问题导向的护理模式,能有效平缓患者的情绪,促使其睡眠质量得到改善,增强运动功能,进而转变平衡能力,提高自我效能,有效提高生命质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of problem-oriented nursing model on sleep quality and motor function of elderly patients with Parkinson′s disease.Methods:The data of 68 cases were entered into the system and collected from January 2021 to December 2022.According to the method of equal quantity distribution by computer,34 cases were classified into the control group(running the routine nursing mode)and 34 cases were classified into the observation group(running the problem-oriented nursing mode).The intervention effects of different modes of data operation were compared between the two groups,and their effects on patients′bad mentality,sleep quality,motor function,balance ability,quality of life and self-efficacy were analyzed.Results:Before nursing,the results of obtaining relevant parameters were not obvious(P>0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the patients in the observation group obtained lower scores of sleep quality evaluation and bad mentality,higher scores of motor function and balance ability,and higher scores of self-efficacy and quality of life(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The problem-oriented nursing model for elderly patients with Parkinson′s disease can effectively calm the patients′mood,improve their sleep quality,enhance their motor function,change their balance ability,improve their self-efficacy and effectively improve their quality of life.
