隐患管理和睡眠护理在儿童血液肿瘤护理的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Hidden Danger Management and Sleep Nursing in the Nursing of Pediatric Hematological Tumors

目的:研究隐患管理联合睡眠护理应用在儿童血液肿瘤护理的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的血液肿瘤的患儿72例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采取隐患管理联合睡眠护理,比较2组睡眠情况、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)以及家属护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组患儿的睡眠情况优于对照组,SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05),且家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血液肿瘤患儿进行护理治疗时,采取隐患管理以及睡眠护理,可以提高患儿的护理效果,改善其睡眠质量和心理状况,对家属的护理满意度也有较大提高,建议推广应用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of hidden danger management combined with sleep nursing in the nursing of pediatric hematological tumors.Methods:A comparative study was conducted on 72 pediatric patients with hematological tumors who underwent treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received hidden danger management combined with sleep nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Compare the sleep status,SAS,SDS,and family nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The sleep status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with SAS and SDS scores lower than the control group,and family nursing satisfaction higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P s<0.05).Conclusion:When nursing and treating pediatric blood tumor patients,adopting hidden danger management and sleep nursing can improve the nursing effectiveness of the patients,improve their sleep quality and psychological status,and greatly improve the satisfaction of family members with nursing.It is recommended to promote the application.
