正念减压法护理对肺癌化疗患者不良情绪、癌因性疲乏及睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Mindfulness Decompression Nursing on Adverse Emotions,Cancer-related Fatigue,and Sleep Quality in Lung Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨正念减压法护理对肺癌化疗患者不良情绪、癌因性疲乏及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院收治的肺癌化疗患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受正念减压法护理,比较2组患者不良情绪评分、癌因性疲乏评分、睡眠质量评分等。结果:护理后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于护理前,且观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后癌因性疲乏评分高于护理前,且观察组癌因性疲乏评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于护理前,且观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:肺癌化疗患者接受正念减压法护理,能让其保持积极心态,降低癌因性疲乏,确保拥有良好的睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of mindfulness decompression nursing on adverse emotions,cancer-related fatigue,and sleep quality in lung cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods:A total of 80 lung cancer chemotherapy patients admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received mindfulness decompression nursing.The adverse mood scores,cancer-related fatigue scores,and sleep quality scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After nursing,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score were lower than before nursing,and the HAMA score and HAMD score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P s<0.05).The score of cancer-related fatigue after nursing was higher than before nursing,and the score of cancer-related fatigue in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P s<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score after nursing was lower than before nursing,and the PSQI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Mindfulness decompression nursing for patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy can keep them positive mental attitude,reduce cancer-related fatigue,and ensure good sleep quality.
