PDCA循环护理对脑动脉瘤栓塞术患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of PDCA Circulation Nursing on Sleep Quality of Cerebral Aneurysm Embolization Patients

目的:观察脑动脉瘤栓塞术患者PDCA循环护理对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年10月10日至2022年12月30日厦门大学附属第一医院收治的脑动脉瘤栓塞术患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理+戴明循环(PDCA)护理。观察2组睡眠质量、自护能力、并发症情况。结果:2组护理前,睡眠质量评分包括睡眠持续时间、睡眠质量在内的7个维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组护理后,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)包括睡眠持续时间、睡眠质量在内的7个维度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2组护理前,自护能力(ESCA)包括自我概念、自我责任、自护技巧在内4项评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组护理后ESCA包括自我概念、自我责任、自护技巧在内4项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组护理后并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑动脉瘤栓塞术患者护理方案多样,选择PDCA循环护理,能持续性提升护理质量,改善患者睡眠质量,提高患者自护能力,预防并发症,建议推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of PDCA circulation nursing on sleep quality in patients undergoing cerebral aneurysm embolization.Methods:A total of 82 patients with cerebral aneurysm embolization admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from October 10,2021 to December 30,2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received routine nursing+Demin circulation(PDCA)nursing.Observe the sleep quality,self-care ability,and complications of the two groups.Results:Before nursing,the sleep quality scores were compared in seven dimensions,including sleep duration and sleep quality,and there was no statistically significant difference(P s>0.05).After nursing,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of the observation group in seven dimensions,including sleep duration and sleep quality,were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P s<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of self-care ability(ESCA),including self-concept,self-responsibility and self-care skills,between the two groups(P s>0.05).After nursing,the ESCA scores of the observation group,including self-concept,self-responsibility and self-care skills,were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are various nursing schemes for cerebral aneurysm embolization patients.PDCA cycle nursing is recommended to continuously improve nursing quality,improve patients′sleep quality,improve patients′self-care ability,and prevent complications.
