护理干预对结直肠癌患者术后生命质量及睡眠的改善研究

Study on Improvement of Postoperative Quality of Life and Sleep in Patients with Colorectal Cancer by Nursing Intervention

目的:探究护理干预对结直肠癌患者术后生命质量及睡眠的改善效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年6月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的行手术治疗的结直肠癌患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预。比较2组患者护理后的生命质量评分以及睡眠的改善效果。结果:在进行护理干预之后,观察组患者的生理功能、生理职能、活力、躯体疼痛、情感功能、精神健康、社会功能以及总体健康等生命质量评分与对照组比较,都有明显的提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组与对照组睡眠时间比较,其观察组的睡眠时间更长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于结直肠癌患者,通过基础护理加综合性护理的方式进行干预,可以有效地改善患者术后的睡眠质量,从而提高患者的生命质量,是一种值得在临床上推广的护理方法。

Objective:To explore the improvement effect of nursing intervention on postoperative quality of life and sleep in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the numerical table method,40 of them were the control group,and the control group was given routine nursing.Observation group had 40 cases,on the basis of control group,they were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The quality of life scores and sleep improvement were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results:After nursing intervention,the quality of life scores of physiological function,physiological function,vitality,physical pain,emotional function,mental health,social function and general health of patients in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with colorectal cancer,the intervention of basic nursing and comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients after surgery,so as to improve the quality of life of patients,which is a nursing method worthy of clinical promotion.
