快速康复护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Sleep Quality in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:针对腹腔镜胆囊切除患者给予快速康复护理干预,分析其护理价值及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年5月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的接受腹腔镜胆囊切除患者70例作为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组常规护理,观察组快速康复护理,分析不同干预效果。结果:从术中出血量、手术时间、术后首次进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、首次排气时间观察结果显示,观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);PSQI评分观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),VAS评分观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生率观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除患者给予快速康复护理干预,护理效果确切,不仅改善围术期指标,还可缓解术后疼痛感,减少并发症的发生,提高了睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the nursing value of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:From January 2021 to May 2023,patients receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital at this stage were selected as the objects,with a total number of 70 cases.The patients were divided into observation group and control group in the order of admission,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing,and the effects of different interventions were analyzed.Results:In terms of intraoperative blood loss,operation time,first postoperative feeding time,getting out of bed time,hospitalization time and first exhaust time,the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The PSQI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients given rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention,nursing effect is accurate,not only improve perioperative indicators,but also alleviate postoperative pain,reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
