双心护理模式在冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用效果及对负性情绪、睡眠质量的影响

Application Effect of Dual Heart Nursing Mode in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris and Its Influence on Negative Emotion and Sleep Quality

目的:探究双心护理模式在冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用价值,并分析护理干预对患者负性情绪和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年10月至2022年8月泉州市第一医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者接受双心护理模式,对照组患者接受常规护理干预,对比2组患者护理前后睡眠质量、负性情绪、心绞痛症状改善以及生活能力变化。结果:护理前2组患者的睡眠障碍量表(SDRS)、情绪自评量表/抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)得分,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),护理后观察组患者的SDRS、DASS-21中焦虑抑郁压力维度得分以及SAQ量表得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但ADL得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病心绞痛患者开展双心护理模式有助于改善患者睡眠障碍及心绞痛症状,缓解其焦虑、抑郁和压力症状,对提高其生活能力也具有积极意义,存在较好的推广应用价值。

Objective:To explore the application value of dual heart nursing mode in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,and analyze the influence of nursing intervention on patients′negative emotions and sleep quality.Methods:A total of 100 cases of angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease who received treatment in our hospital from October 2021 to August 2022 were set as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group(50 cases in each group)according to random number table method.Patients in the observation group received dual heart nursing mode,and patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention.Sleep quality,negative emotion,angina symptom improvement and life ability change before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results:Sleep Dysfunction Rating Scale(SDRS),Self-rating Emotional Scale/Depression-Anxiet-Stress Scale(DASS-21),Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ),and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)had no statistically significant differences among groups(P s>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SDRS,DASS-21 anxiety,depression and stress dimension and SAQ scale in observation group were lower than those in control group(P s<0.05),but the ADL score was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out dual heart nursing mode for patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can help to improve sleep disorders and angina pectoris symptoms,relieve anxiety,depression and stress symptoms,and improve their living ability,which has a good value of popularization and application.
