摘要
目的:探讨慕课教学模式在医学生失眠中医治疗教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年11月中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院中医科52名实习医生作为研究对象,按照实习时间不同分为对照组和观察组,每组26名。对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组采取慕课教学模式。对比2组考试成绩、综合能力及教学认可度。结果:观察组理论知识得分(97.11±0.27)分、操作技能得分(95.18±0.31)分、问诊能力评分(9.23±0.28)分、思维能力评分(9.55±0.20)分、表达能力评分(9.30±0.34)分、学习能力评分(9.44±0.21)分、操作能力评分(9.38±0.27)分、沟通能力评分(9.42±0.17)分、教学形式(9.29±0.21)分、知识点讲解(9.17±0.34)分、课程安排(9.20±0.15)分、教学态度评分(9.42±0.20)分,高于对照组的(88.14±2.95)分、(87.80±2.42)分、(8.56±0.47)分、(8.75±0.36)分、(8.59±0.57)分、(8.72±0.40)分、(8.63±0.35)分、(8.60±0.39)分、(8.47±0.43)分、(8.51±0.55)分、(8.28±0.49)分、(8.26±0.73)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:慕课教学模式在医学生失眠中医治疗教学中的应用效果显著,能提升实习生的理论及实践考核成绩,增强个人综合能力,获得较高的教学认可度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of MOOC teaching model in the teaching of Chinese medicine treatment for insomnia among medical students.Methods:A total of 52 intern doctors of Chinese medicine from our hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to different internship times,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 26 students in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted MOOC teaching mode.The exam scores,comprehensive ability and teaching recognition of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group′s theoretical knowledge score(97.11±0.27)points,operation skill score(95.18±0.31)points,inquiry ability score(9.23±0.28)points,thinking ability score(9.55±0.20)points,expression ability score(9.30±0.34)points,learning ability score(9.44±0.21)points,operation ability score(9.38±0.27)points,communication ability score(9.42±0.17)points,teaching form(9.29±0.21)points,knowledge point explanation(9.17±0.34)points,course arrangement(9.20±0.15)points,and teaching attitude score(9.42±0.20)points were higher than those of the control group(88.14±2.95)points,(87.80±2.42)points,(8.56±0.47)points,(8.75±0.36)points,(8.59±0.57)points,(8.72±0.40)points,(8.63±0.35)points,(8.60±0.39)points,(8.47±0.43)points,(8.51±0.55)points,(8.28±0.49)points,and(8.26±0.73)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of MOOC teaching model in the teaching of Chinese medicine treatment for insomnia among medical students is significant,which can improve the theoretical and practical assessment scores of intern doctors,enhance personal comprehensive ability,and obtain higher teaching recognition.
