Objective:To explore the correlation between sleep quality and psychological resilience of medical staff under the situation of normalized epidemic prevention and control. Methods:A total of 85 medical staff working at Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital Children′s Hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory(PSQI)and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were used to evaluate their sleep quality and psychological resilience.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between the scores of the PSQI and CD-RISC for medical staff, exploring the risk factors affecting the sleep quality of medical personnel in the context of normalized epidemic prevention and control using single factor repeated measurement of variance and logistic regression analysis. Results:The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the scores of each dimension of the PSQI and the scores of each dimension of the CD-RISC,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After grouping 85 medical personnel according to the PSQI score(PSQI score≥8 points as the sleep disorder group,<8 points as the control group),they were included in the gender, age, professional title, education, marital status, and other data of the two groups of medical personnel, and analyzed the single factor of sleep disorders. The results showed that gender, average age, marital status, the length of work experience and scores on the CD-RISC scale were univariate influencing factors for sleep disorders among medical personnel under normalized epidemic prevention and control, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Using the PSQI scale score as the dependent variable,a multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that female medical staff, married individuals, and individuals with low psychological resilience had a significantly higher risk of developing sleep disorders, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the situation of normal epidemic prevention and control, the situation of sleep disorder of medical personnel is relatively severe, and the occurrence of sleep disorder accounts for a relatively high proportion.Low psychological resilience is one of the important risk factors inducing sleep disorder. It can be considered to improve the psychological resilience of medical personnel through appropriate psychological adjustment, and ultimately improve their sleep disorder.
