The accuracy and reliability of exhaust emission testing are crucial for evaluating the environmental performance of vehicles and formulating effective emission control policies.Con⁃ducting exhaust emission tests and designing appropriate testing devices and methods have significant practical significance and application value.An vacuum exhaust collection device using a constant vol⁃ume sampling system has been designed to improve the reliability of experimental data,ensure the ac⁃curacy of evaluating vehicle emission performance,and maintain a constant volume during the collec⁃tion of exhaust samples,thereby eliminating measurement errors caused by volume changes.
