摘要
为探讨特殊教育专业师范生专业承诺、职业决策效能感、心理资本和教师职业成熟度的关系,对556名特殊教育专业师范生进行了问卷调查,并对结果进行了统计分析。研究发现,特殊教育专业师范生专业承诺正向影响师范生的教师职业成熟度;特殊教育专业师范生职业决策效能感与心理资本在专业承诺与师范生的教师职业成熟度间起链式中介作用。以上结果对于组织开展特殊教育专业师范生职业指导工作、提升特殊教育专业人才培养质量,具有一定的参考意义。
In order to explore the relationship between professional commitment,career decision-making efficacy,psychological capital and teachers'career maturity,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on 556 students majoring in special education and carried out a statistical analysis of the data.The results show that the professional commitment of students majoring in special education has a positive impact on their career maturity;career decision-making efficacy and psychological capital of students majoring in special education play a chain mediating role between professional commitment and teachers'career maturity of normal students.The above results have certain reference significance for guiding the vocational guidance of students majoring in special education and improving the training quality of special education professionals.
