区域义务教育质量监测结果应用策略探究——以长沙市天心区小学数学为例

Application Strategy Research of Regional Compulsory Education Quality Monitoring Results:A Case Study of Mathematics at Primary School in Tianxin District of Changsha

摘要 长沙市天心区对区域义务教育质量监测结果进行分析,遵循“用活数据、对标分析、改进提升”的原则,探索监测结果应用的“二三四”策略,采用两级推进明方向、三课联动筑根基、四项发动增活力的行动,不断提高学生的数学学习兴趣,增强学生的数学学习自信心,转变教与学的方式,提升数学教师的教学水平,以达到“保优势,补短板”的效果。 By analyzing the monitoring results of regional compulsory education quality and following the principle of“live data,standard analysis,improvement and promotion”,the Tianxin District of Changsha City explores the“two-three-four”strategy applied in monitoring results and adopts the two levels to promote the clear direction,three lessons to build the foundation and four actions to activate the vitality to improve students' interest in mathematics and enhance students' confidence in mathematics learning.It also changes the way we teach and learn and improves the teaching level of mathematics teachers to achieve the effect of“preserving the advantages and reinforcing the weaknesses”.
