摘要
新西兰在国家资格框架下实行普通教育成就证书考试与大学自主招生相结合的招考制度,形成考试与招生分离、学业评价方式多样、大学招生多元选择、社会化招考服务完善、入学标准动态调整等特点。其考试招生制度适应了高等教育普及化、人力资源开发和终身学习的需要,提高了教育对新西兰经济、社会和文化发展的贡献。借鉴其招考经验,我国应加强教育立法保障,调整考试评价的功能与方式,促进升学选择的多样化,加强中、高等教育衔接,提升高考评价的国际认可度。
Under the framework of the national education qualifications,New Zealand implements an admission system that combines the high school education achievement certificate test with independent university admissions.It has features as separation of examinations and admissions,diversity of academic evaluation methods,multiple choices for university admissions,sufficient social admissions services,and dynamic adjustment of admission standards.Its examination and enrollment system meet the needs of the popularization of higher education,human resource development and lifelong learning,and improve the contribution of education to New Zealand's economic,social and cultural development.Drawing on its experience in recruiting,China needs to strengthen education legislation,adjust the functions and methods of examination evaluation,promote the diversification of choices for further education,strengthen the connection between secondary and higher education,and improve the international recognition of the evaluation of the College Entrance Examination.
