自噬依赖性铁死亡在肿瘤中的研究进展

Research Progress of Autophagy-dependent Ferroptosis in Tumors

目前,肿瘤的发病率和死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,但其治疗方式有限,故探索新的治疗方式和治疗靶点至关重要。自噬和铁死亡是细胞死亡的重要形式,在肿瘤抑制中发挥重要作用,而多种选择性自噬和自噬相关调节因子均可诱导铁死亡的发生,自噬依赖性铁死亡与肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖和迁移密切相关。但目前有关自噬依赖性铁死亡在肿瘤中的作用机制尚未完全阐明,因此深入研究自噬依赖性铁死亡的相互作用机制及在肿瘤中的作用靶点,有望为肿瘤的治疗提供新的视角和方法。

At present,the incidence and mortality of tumors are increasing year by year,but the treatment methods are limited,so it is important to explore new treatment methods and targets.Autophagy and ferroptosis are important forms of cell death,playing important roles in tumor suppression.Various selective autophagy and related regulatory factors can induce ferroptosis,and autophagy-dependent ferroptosis is closely related to the growth,proliferation,and migration of tumor cells.However,the mechanism of autophagy-dependent ferroptosis in tumors has not yet been fully elucidated.Therefore,in-depth research on the interaction mechanism and target of autophagy-dependent ferroptosis in tumors is expected to provide new perspectives and methods for tumor treatment.
