华蟾素诱导肿瘤细胞自噬的研究进展

摘要 细胞自噬是利用溶酶体降解细胞物质,维持细胞活性及能量稳态的过程。中药及其提取物可以通过靶向细胞自噬发挥抗肿瘤作用。华蟾素是中药蟾酥的主要活性成分,从中华大蟾蜍或黑尾蟾蜍皮肤分泌物中提取获得,临床上常与化疗药物联用,以增强化疗敏感性,缓解疼痛。华蟾素靶向细胞自噬抗肿瘤的作用备受关注,其可以通过调控Beclin-1、微管相关蛋白1轻链3等自噬相关蛋白的表达以及活性氧等关键途径调控肿瘤细胞自噬。因此,研究华蟾素诱导肿瘤细胞自噬的机制对中医药抗肿瘤治疗的发展具有重要意义。 Cellular autophagy is the process of utilizing lysosomes to degrade cellular substances,maintain cellular activity and energy homeostasis.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and its extracts can exert anti-tumor effects through targeted cell autophagy.Cinobufagin is the main active ingredient of the TCM venenum bufonis,extracted from the skin secretions of Bufo bufo gargarizans or black tailed Bufo gargarizans.It is often used in combination with chemotherapy drugs in clinical practice to enhance chemotherapy sensitivity and alleviate pain.The anti-tumor effect of cinobufagin targeting cell autophagy has attracted much attention.Cinobufagin can regulate tumor cell autophagy by regulating the expression of autophagy related proteins such as Beclin-1 and microtubule associated protein 1 light chain 3,as well as key pathways such as reactive oxygen species.Therefore,studying the mechanism of tumor cell autophagy induced by cinobufagin is of great significance for the development of TCM anti-tumor therapy.
