摘要
Bach2是一种具有碱性亮氨酸拉链结构的转录因子,与小Maf家族蛋白等形成异源二聚体,并与靶基因结合,主要发挥转录抑制作用。Bach2主要在免疫器官中表达,尤其是高表达于介导适应性免疫的B细胞和T细胞中。Bach2参与B细胞的发育、增殖和凋亡。在CD4^(+)T细胞和CD8^(+)T细胞中,Bach2的调控作用具有多样性。此外,B细胞和T细胞在机体的适应性免疫中发挥关键作用,阐明转录因子Bach2在其发育和功能中的作用机制可能为相关免疫性疾病的防治提供新思路和新靶点。
BTB and CNC homolog 2(Bach2)is a transcription factor with basic leucine zipper structure.It forms heterodimers with small Maf family proteins and binds to target genes,which mainly plays a transcriptional inhibitory role.Bach2 is mainly expressed in immune organs,especially highly expressed in B cells and T cells that mediate adaptive immunity.Bach2 is involved in the development,proliferation and apoptosis of B cells.In CD4^(+)T cells and CD8^(+)T cells,the regulatory effects of Bach2 are diverse.Besides,B cells and T cells play a key role in adaptive immunity.Elucidating the mechanism of transcription factor Bach2 in its development and function may provide new ideas and new targets for the prevention and treatment of related immune diseases.
