S100蛋白家族成员在银屑病中的研究进展

摘要 银屑病是一种慢性、免疫介导的全身性炎症性皮肤病,以鳞屑性红斑或斑块为特征。临床上除皮肤表现外,还可合并冠心病、关节炎、代谢综合征。银屑病发病机制复杂且尚未完全阐明,目前主要认为是异常增殖的角质形成细胞和浸润的免疫细胞相互作用的结果。S100蛋白是一种新型的可靠的银屑病诊断和预后相关生物标志物,S100蛋白家族成员在银屑病皮损中的表达显著升高,其通过与免疫细胞的相互作用放大和维持银屑病的炎症反应,并随着银屑病的严重程度和治疗进展发生相应的变化。 Psoriasis is a chronic,immune mediated systemic inflammatory skin disease characterized by scaly erythema or plaques.In clinical practice,in addition to skin manifestations,it can also be combined with coronary heart disease,arthritis,and metabolic syndrome.The pathogenesis of psoriasis is complex and has not yet been fully elucidated.At present,it is mainly believed that it is the result of the interaction between abnormally proliferating keratinocytes and infiltrating immune cells.S100 protein is a new and reliable biomarker related to the diagnosis and prognosis of psoriasis.The expression of S100 protein family members in psoriatic lesions is significantly increased.It amplifies and maintains the inflammatory response of psoriasis through the interaction with immune cells,and changes accordingly with the severity and treatment progress of psoriasis.
