激光在牙体牙髓病治疗中的临床应用进展

摘要 随着微创理念的深入和科技的进步,激光作为一种新型治疗手段在牙体牙髓病中的临床应用逐渐普及。激光具有低噪声、震频小、操作简单便捷等优点,可通过微创方式简化口腔疾病复杂的操作流程,且疗效显著,预后良好。近年,掺钕钇铝石榴石激光、掺铒钇铝石榴石激光、掺铒铬钇钪镓石榴石激光和半导体激光等作为一种辅助治疗手段已逐渐应用于龋病、显微根管、牙本质敏感症治疗以及根尖手术等,且舒适性与安全性良好。但由于价格较昂贵、治疗成本较高等,激光在口腔临床中的应用仍未普遍推广,未来深入研究激光在牙体牙髓病中的作用,可以为疾病的诊疗提供科学依据。 With the deepening of the concept of minimally invasive surgery and the progress of technology,the clinical application of laser as a new treatment method in dental pulp disease is gradually popularized.The laser has the advantages of low noise,low vibration frequency,simple and convenient operation,and can simplify the complicated operation process of oral diseases through minimally invasive method,showing significant efficacy and good prognosis.In recent years,neodymium doped yttrium aluminum garnet laser,erbium doped yttrium aluminum garnet laser,erbium doped chromium yttrium scandium gallium garnet laser and semiconductor laser have been gradually applied as an auxiliary treatment means to caries treatment,microendodontics,dentin hypersensitivity treatment and apical surgery,which have good comfortability and safety.However,due to the high price and the high cost of treatment,the application of laser in oral clinic has not been widely promoted.In the future,in-depth studies of the role of laser in dental pulp diseases can provide scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the diseases.
