脑卒中构音障碍中西医治疗研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Dysarthria in Stroke

脑卒中构音障碍指脑卒中患者支配发音器官的中枢发生病变,由构音器官无力或协调性下降而引起的发音不准、吐字不清等言语功能障碍,其不仅会影响患者的交流沟通,还可能引发焦虑、抑郁等心理问题,严重影响患者的日常生活活动能力。目前,尚无治疗脑卒中构音障碍的靶向药物,中医在头、项、舌部采用针刺治疗,并配合传统功法,取得了较好的治疗效果,西医则通过言语训练和理疗进行针对性治疗以改善患者的构音障碍,临床可根据患者的病变特点,采用中西医联合治疗改善脑卒中构音障碍。

Stroke dysarthria refers to speech dysfunctions such as inability to pronounce words and slurred speech caused by the weakness or decreased coordination of the organs of articulation due to the central nervous lesion in stroke patients,which not only affects the communication of the patients,but also may cause psychological problems such as anxiety and depression,seriously affecting the ability of the patients′daily life activities.At present,there is no targeted drug for the treatment of stroke dysarthria.Chinese medicine uses acupuncture treatment in the head,neck and tongue and traditional gongfu to achieve better therapeutic effects,while western medicine can improve the patients′dysarthria through speech training and physiotherapy.In clinical practice,a combination of Chinese and western medicine can be used to improve stroke dysarthria based on the characteristics of the patient′s lesion.
