盐酸利托君片联合地屈孕酮治疗反复性流产患者的临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Ritodrine Hydrochloride Tablets Combined with Dydrogesterone in the Treatment of Recurrent Miscarriage Patients

【目的】探讨盐酸利托君片联合地屈孕酮治疗反复性流产患者的临床疗效。【方法】选择2019年1月至2022年12月延安大学附属医院收治的88例反复性流产患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用盐酸利托君片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用地屈孕酮治疗,两组均保胎治疗至孕第70天。比较两组临床疗效、治疗期间不良反应发生率及治疗前后心率、血压、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E_(2))、可溶性白细胞抗原G(sHLA-G)水平。【结果】观察组总有效率为93.18%,显著高于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血压和心率均降低(P<0.05),且观察组心率和收缩压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清E_(2)、P、sHLA-G水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组血清E_(2)、P、sHLA-G水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】盐酸利托君片联合地屈孕酮治疗反复性流产患者,效果显著,可降低患者E_(2)、P水平,减少不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

【Objective】To explore the clinical efficacy of combination of ritodrine hydrochloride tablets and dexamethasone in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage patients.【Methods】A total of 88 patients with recurrent miscarriage admitted to Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride tablets,while the observation group was treated with dydrogesterone on the basis of the control group.Both groups received fetal protection treatment until the 70th day of pregnancy.We compared the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,heart rate,blood pressure,progesterone(P),estradiol(E_(2)),and soluble leukocyte antigen G(sHLA-G)levels before and after treatment between two groups.【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.18%,significantly higher than the control group's 72.73%(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure and heart rate of both groups of patients decreased(P<0.05),and the heart rate and blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum E_(2),P,and sHLA-G levels in both groups of patients decreased(P<0.05),and the serum E_(2),P,and sHLA-G levels in the observation group were on average lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The combination of ritodrine hydrochloride tablets and dydrogesterone has a significant effect on the treatment of recurrent miscarriage patients,which can reduce E_(2) and P levels,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
