指向高质量学习的大学生学习者画像构建——以上海交通大学为案例的考察 被引量:3

The Construction of College Student Learner Portrait Pointing to High Quality Learning:A Case Study of Shanghai Jiaotong University

摘要 学习者画像是分类描述学习者特征并服务于有效教与学的新手段。深表层学习方法与学业成绩作为高质量学习的重要考察维度,能有效地识别学习者的学习效果与质量。基于此,本研究从上海交通大学多元教学有效性评估系统中获取历年(2018-2022年)本科生评教有效问卷6142份,采用K-Means聚类方法对“深层学习法”、“表层学习法”和“学业成绩”三个变量进行聚类,最终将大学生分为三种类型学习者,分别命名为不善学习型、乐学得法型、应试高效型。采用定量分析与定性访谈相结合的方式,从深表层学习法、学业成绩、上课积极性、性别、年级、专业等维度对不同类学习者进行标签刻画,最终输出三类学习者的画像及大学生的高质量学习路径,并基于画像特点归纳出促进大学生高质量学习的教学建议。
