基于不同中医证型探讨中医药治疗脑梗死伴颈动脉粥样硬化的研究进展

Research Progress of TCM Treatment of Cerebral Infarction with Carotid Atherosclerosis Based on Different TCM Syndrome Types

脑血管疾病是一种由多因素引起的急性脑血液循环障碍性疾病,可导致脑组织坏死,其中脑梗死在临床上较为常见,具有高致残、致死率的特点。因脑梗死病因基础为颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS),且CAS斑块是引起脑梗死的重要独立危险因素,所以积极有效地治疗CAS对改善脑梗死的临床症状具有重要意义。近年来,随着中医药事业不断发展,越来越多的研究以中医的整体观念和辨证论治为原则,在治疗心脑血管疾病方面体现出独特优势。但在中医药运用上仍存在南北差异、辨证标准不统一等不足,需结合中医药应用规律、药物作用机制和特点,以期为合理应用中医药治疗脑梗死伴CAS患者提供研究方向。

Cerebrovascular disease is an acute cerebral blood circulation disorder caused by multiple factors,which can lead to brain tissue necrosis.Among them,cerebral infarction is more common in clinical practice and has high disability and mortality.Since the etiology of cerebral infarction is based on carotid atherosclerosis(CAS),and CAS plaque is an important independent risk factor for cerebral infarction,it is of great significance to actively and effectively treat CAS for improving the clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction.In recent years,due to the continuous development of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry,more and more research has demonstrated unique advantages in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases based on the principle of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM.However,there are still deficiencies in the application of TCM,such as differences between the north and the south and inconsistent standards of syndrome differentiation.It is necessary to combine the application rules,drug action mechanism and characteristics of TCM in order to provide research direction for the rational application of TCM in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction accompanied by CAS.
