宫腔内人工授精妊娠结局的相关影响因素及干预策略的研究进展

Research Progress in Factors Influencing Pregnancy Outcome of Intrauterine Insemination and Intervention Strategies

宫腔内人工授精(IUI)作为治疗不孕不育的一种常用的辅助生殖技术,具有操作便捷、安全性高、治疗费用低等优势,在临床中已被广泛应用。但由于受到男女双方个体间差异、授精时机以及周期治疗方案等因素的影响,目前IUI临床妊娠成功率较低,且相关因素对IUI妊娠结局的影响尚存在争议,其临床疗效具有不确定性。基于此,系统归纳IUI妊娠结局的相关影响因素,并针对其具体因素提出相应的干预策略,对于提高IUI助孕率、改善妊娠结局具有重要意义。

Intrauterine insemination(IUI),as a commonly used assisted reproductive technology for the treatment of infertility,has the advantages of convenient operation,high safety and low treatment cost,and has been widely used in clinical practice.However,due to the influence of individual differences between men and women,timing of insemination and periodic treatment options,the current clinical pregnancy success rate of IUI is low,and the related influencing factors on the pregnancy outcome of IUI is still controversial,and its clinical efficacy is still uncertain.Based on this,it is important to systematically summarize the influencing factors related to pregnancy outcome in IUI and propose corresponding intervention strategies for their specific factors to increase the assisted conception rate and improve the pregnancy outcome.
