Hippo信号通路在糖尿病视网膜病变中的研究进展

Research Progress of Hippo Signaling Pathway in Diabetic Retinopathy

糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是临床十分常见的致盲性眼病。随着社会老龄化程度的加深和有效治疗方法的缺失,DR已成为全球重大公共卫生问题。Hippo信号通路是进化上高度保守的调节网络,与致心律失常性心肌病、慢性肝病、急性肾损伤、肿瘤等疾病密切相关。此外,Hippo信号通路的异常调节在DR的发生发展中也发挥重要作用,但目前其在DR中的作用机制尚未完全阐明。因此,未来深入研究Hippo信号通路在DR中的作用,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。

Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a very common blindness causing eye disease in clinical practice.With the deepening of social aging and the lack of effective treatments,DR has become a major global public health problem.The Hippo pathway is an evolutionarily highly conservative regulatory network,which is closely related to arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy,chronic liver disease,acute kidney injury,tumor and other diseases.In addition,the abnormal regulation of the Hippo pathway also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of DR,but its mechanism in DR has not been fully clarified.Therefore,in the future,in-depth study of the role of the Hippo pathway in DR can provide new ideas for the treatment of the disease.
