摘要
糖尿病肾脏病(DKD)是最严重的糖尿病微血管并发症之一,目前对DKD的治疗只能延缓病情进展。严重的高血糖会引起机体炎症反应,而炎症可进一步促进DKD的进展。其中,核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体是目前研究最广泛的炎症小体,在DKD发病机制中起重要作用。NLRP3炎症小体通过分泌炎症因子,激活炎症级联反应,最终引起终末期肾病。NLRP3炎症小体及其相关的信号通路在DKD发病机制中意义重大,因此对NLRP3炎症小体相关信号通路的研究可能为DKD的治疗提供新靶点。
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the most serious microvascular complications of diabetes,and the current treatment of DKD can only delay the progress of the disease.Severe hyperglycemia can cause inflammation in the body,which can further promote the progression of DKD.Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasomes are the most widely studied inflammasomes and play an important role in the pathogenesis of DKD.NLRP3 inflammasomes secrete inflammatory factors and activate an inflammatory cascade that ultimately leads to end-stage renal disease.NLRP3 inflammasomes and their associated signaling pathways are of great significance in the pathogenesis of DKD.Therefore,the study of NLRP3 inflammasomes related signaling pathways may provide new targets for the treatment of DKD.
