核心区肌群稳定性训练改善非特异性腰痛作用的研究进展

摘要 腰痛是人体腰部的疼痛感,可以放射至背部、臀部、腿部甚至足踝,影响人体的正常运动功能。非特异性腰痛(NLBP)是最常见的腰痛类型,尚无明确的组织病理学改变。NLBP的发生与脊柱周围表层及深层肌群力量和耐力减弱、腰椎灵活性和稳定性降低导致腰椎力学失衡、脊柱变形,引起肌肉痉挛、软组织粘连、局部水肿等相关。核心区肌群稳定性训练侧重于改善核心区肌肉的耐力、力量、平衡和协调能力等,可提升肌肉的适能性、保持躯干稳定性,从而减轻NLBP。 Low back pain is the pain of the human lower back,which can radiate to the back,buttocks,legs,and even ankles,affecting the normal motor function of the human body.Nonspecific low back pain(NLBP)is the most common type of low back pain with no clear histopathological changes.The occurrence of NLBP is related to themuscle spasm,soft tissue adhesions,local edema,etc.caused by lumbar mechanical imbalance and spinal deformation,due to the weakening of the strength and endurance of the superficial and deep muscles around the spine,and reduction of lumbar spine flexibility and stability.Core area muscle stability training focuses on improving the endurance,strength,balance and coordination of core muscles,which can improve the muscle fitness and maintain trunk stability,thereby reducing NLBP.
