内镜成像技术在黏膜肿瘤诊疗中的应用进展

摘要 内镜成像技术已成为临床诊断人体空腔脏器黏膜肿瘤的重要手段之一,检查者可在肉眼直视下观察黏膜表面形态及微血管变化,精确定位病变区域,但不同的内镜成像技术具有不同的特点,在黏膜疾病诊疗中发挥不同的作用,因此选取适当的成像技术尤为重要。目前临床以窄带成像技术应用最广泛,其不仅操作简便,还可增强黏膜上、下血管对比度,提高黏膜肿瘤早期检出率。未来,通过不同成像技术的联合应用可进一步提高黏膜肿瘤的检出率,从而改善患者预后。 Endoscopic imaging technology has become one of the important means for clinical diagnosis of mucosal tumors of human cavity organs.The examiners can observe the changes of mucosal surface morphology and microvessels under the naked eye,and accurately locate the lesion area.However,different endoscopic imaging techniques have different characteristics and play different roles in the diagnosis and treatment of mucosal diseases,therefore it′s particularly important to choose the appropriate imaging technique.Narrow-band imaging is currently widely used in clinical practice,which is not only simple to operate,but also can enhance the contrast between the upper and lower mucosal vessels and improve the early detection rate of mucosal tumors.In the future,the combined application of different imaging techniques can further improve the detection rate of mucosal tumors,thereby improving the prognosis of the patients.
