摘要
头颈部鳞状细胞癌(HNSCC)是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来其发病率逐渐升高,但患者5年生存率却未显著提高。微RNA(miRNA)可特异性调节转录后基因的表达,在恶性肿瘤的起始和进展中具有调控作用。其中,miR-125a可调节多种细胞的生长,其功能失调可导致肿瘤的发生。HNSCC组织中的miR-125a表达水平与疾病分期和患者预后均显著相关,可作为HNSCC的潜在生物标志物。此外,miR-125a还通过与特定靶点结合影响HNSCC的生物学行为和肿瘤细胞对放化疗的敏感性。因此,深入研究miR-125a在HNSCC中的调节通路和分子网络具有重要的临床价值,可以为HNSCC的早期诊断及靶向治疗提供可靠依据。
Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)is one of the most common malignancies.The incidence of HNSCC is increasing year by year in recent years,but the 5-year survival rate has not improved significantly.MicroRNA(miRNA)plays a regulatory role in the initiation and progression of malignant tumors by specifically regulating the expression of post-transcriptional genes.miR-125a is involved in regulating the growth of various cells,and its dysfunction can lead to the occurrence of tumors.The expression level of miR-125a detected in HNSCC tissues is significantly correlated with disease stage and patient prognosis,and can be a potential biomarker.In addition,miR-125a also affects the biological behavior of HNSCC and tumor sensitivity to chemoradiotherapy by binding to specific targets.Therefore,in-depth study of the regulatory pathway and molecular network of miR-125a in HNSCC is of important clinical value,which can provide a basis for the early diagnosis and targeted therapy of HNSCC.
