摘要
肿瘤是全球主要的死亡原因之一,虽然针对肿瘤发生发展的研究不断深入,但其潜在机制仍不明确。微RNA(miRNA/miR)-152是一种重要的抑癌因子,在肝癌、胃癌、胶质瘤、卵巢癌和非小细胞肺癌等癌症组织中表达明显下调。目前已知miR-152可通过调节多条信号通路作用于下游靶基因,从而抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移,提示其在肿瘤诊断、治疗和预后等方面具有潜在应用价值。深入分析miR-152与肿瘤的关系,了解miR-152表达在肿瘤调控网络中的地位和作用,将为进一步探索肿瘤发病机制提供新思路。
Tumors are one of the major causes of death in the world.Although the research on the occurrence and development of tumors is constantly deepening,the underlying mechanisms are still unclear.MicroRNA(miRNA/miR)-152 is an important cancer-suppressor factor,and the expression level of miR-152 is significantly down-regulated in liver cancer,gastric cancer,glioma,ovarian cancer,non-small cell lung cancer and other cancers.It′s already known that miR-152 regulates many downstream target genes to inhibit tumor proliferation,apoptosis,metastasis and invasion through regulating multiple signaling pathwaysindicating its potential clinical application value in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of tumors.Further analysis of the relationship between miR-152 and tumors and exploring the role of miR-152 expression in tumor regulatory networks will provide new ideas for further studies of tumor pathogenesis.
