粪便整合素α_(4)基因甲基化检测在结直肠癌中的研究进展

摘要 整合素α_(4)(ITGA4)是整合素的一个亚单位,ITGA4基因启动子高频甲基化与结直肠癌(CRC)的发生发展密切相关,粪便中脱落的癌细胞包含稳定的可用于检测CRC的基因产物,其中ITGA4基因被认为是CRC早期筛查的有效分子生物标志物。目前,已设计出多种早期筛查CRC的分子生物标志物,但对其在CRC治疗评估及监测预后方面的研究相对较少,与同类型分子生物标志物相比,ITGA4基因异常甲基化可能在CRC治疗评估和预后预测方面具有更大的潜在价值,有望在CRC临床诊治中发挥良好的作用。 Intergrin α_(4)(ITGA4)is a subunit of integrin,and its gene promoter high-frequency methylation is closely related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer(CRC).Cancer cells shed in feces contain stable gene products that can be used to detect CRC,among which ITGA4 gene is considered to be an effective molecular biomarker for early screening of CRC.At present,most molecular biomarkers are designed for early screening of CRC,but there are relatively few studies on treatment evaluation and prognostic monitoring.Compared with the same type of molecular biomarker studies,ITGA4 gene aberrant methylation may have greater potential value in evaluating treatment and predicting prognosis of CRC,and it is expected to play a good role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CRC.
