中药排石汤治疗泌尿系结石的研究现状

Research Status of Traditional Chinese Medicine Paishi Decoction in Treatment of Urinary Calculi

泌尿系结石作为泌尿外科常见的疾病,目前以手术治疗为主,药物治疗为辅。中医药在治疗泌尿系结石方面有悠久历史,其中排石汤是治疗泌尿系结石常用的中医汤剂,具有利尿通淋、清热除湿等功效;此外,排石汤还能够降尿酸、抗氧化、减轻炎症反应。近年关于排石汤治疗泌尿系结石的临床研究不断增多,但研究结果存在差异,其具体发病机制仍有待进一步研究,深入研究排石汤在泌尿系结石中的作用及机制,可为泌尿系结石治疗药物的选择提供参考。

As a common disease in urology,urinary calculus is mainly treated by surgery,supplemented by drug treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history in the treatment of urinary stones,among which Paishi decoction is a commonly used TCM decoction for the treatment of urinary stones.It has the effects of diuresis,clearing heat and dehumidification;in addition,it can also reduce uric acid,play antioxidation effect and reduce inflammation.In recent years,the clinical research on the treatment of urinary calculi with Paishi decoction has been increasing,but the research results are different,and its specific pathogenesis still needs further study.The in-depth study of the role and mechanism of Paishi decoction in the treatment of urinary calculi can provide a reference for the selection of drugs.
