儿童膝外翻病因及治疗研究进展

Research Progress in Etiology and Treatment of Genu Valgum in Children

膝外翻是儿童时期常见的下肢畸形之一,不仅影响外表美观度,还会对患儿的心理及运动功能产生不利影响,严重者可导致膝关节炎,进而影响患儿的生活质量。儿童膝外翻病因复杂,临床上根据病因将其分为生理性膝外翻和病理性膝外翻两类,生理性膝外翻不需要特殊干预,病理性膝外翻需根据病因及病情严重程度进行干预。对于轻、中度膝外翻一般采取保守治疗,对于重度膝外翻则以手术治疗为主,但各种治疗方式的适应证不同,临床应根据患儿的发病原因和病情选择最佳的治疗方案,改善患儿的预后。

Genu valgum is one of the most common lower extremity deformities in childhood.Genu valgum not only affects the appearance,but also adversely affects the children′s psychological and motor functions.In severe cases,it can lead to the occurrence of knee arthritis and further affect the quality of life of the children.The etiology of children′s genu valgum is complex and diverse.Clinically,it is divided into two categories according to the etiology:physiological and pathological.The former does not require special intervention,and the latter requires intervention according to the etiology and the condition severity.Conservative treatment is generally adopted for mild and moderate cases,while surgical treatment is mainly used for severe cases.The indications of each treatment method are different.Clinically,the optimal treatment plan should be selected according to the cause and condition of the child to improve the prognosis.
