下肢康复机器人在脑瘫患儿康复中的应用研究进展

摘要 下肢康复机器人近年已广泛应用于脑卒中、脊髓损伤等疾病的康复治疗。脑瘫是由多种原因引起的以中枢性运动和姿势异常为主要表现的非进行性脑损伤综合征,导致患儿活动受限,严重影响患儿生命质量和安全。康复治疗在脑瘫患儿管理中十分关键,可有效恢复患儿肢体功能,其中下肢康复机器人是脑瘫患儿康复治疗的重要手段之一。随着机器人技术的发展,新型下肢康复机器人正逐步成为新的关注点,如混合动力的三自由度踝关节康复机器人的问世为脑瘫患儿踝关节康复提供了一种新的训练方法,未来可继续深入研究,以开发出更高效的下肢康复机器人。 Lower limb rehabilitation robots have been widely used in the rehabilitation of stroke,spinal cord injury and other diseases in recent years.Cerebral palsy is a non-progressive brain injury syndrome caused by multiple causes,with central motor and postural abnormalities as the main manifestation,which limit the activities and seriously affect the quality of life and safety of the children patients.Rehabilitation is critical in the management of children with cerebral palsy,which can effectively restore the limb function of the children,andthe lower limb rehabilitation robot is one of the important means of rehabilitation.With the development of robotics,new lower limb rehabilitation robots are gradually becoming a new focus.For example,the advent of hybrid three-degree-of-freedom ankle rehabilitation robots provides a new training method for ankle rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.In the future,further research can be continued to develop more efficient lower limb rehabilitation robots.
