功能性便秘(FC)是一种常见的功能性胃肠病,其在全球的发病率正逐渐上升。该病具有病程长、迁延难愈等特点,因此常导致焦虑抑郁等情绪障碍的产生。焦虑抑郁等情绪障碍的出现会加重便秘,从而导致恶性循环。部分FC患者随着情绪障碍的加重甚至出现自杀倾向。性别、年龄、自我效能、睡眠质量、教育水平与收入等均会影响FC患者的情绪。因此,专业机构早期评估FC患者发生情绪障碍危险因素并及时对患者病情发展进行干预是未来FC治疗的主要方向,但目前尚缺乏关于FC患者焦虑抑郁状态形成危险因素的大样本调查,相关危险因素需要更高质量研究的进一步验证。

Functional constipation(FC)is a common functional gastrointestinal disease.The global incidence of FC is gradually increasing.The disease has the characteristics of long course,prolongation and difficult cure,etc.,so it often leads to the generation of emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression.The occurrence of emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression can aggravate the degree of constipation,leading to a vicious cycle.Some FC patients even have suicidal tendencies with the aggravation of mood disorders.Gender,age,self-efficacy,sleep quality,education level and income can all affect the mood of FC patients.Therefore,early assessment of risk factors for mood disorders in FC patients and timely intervention in the development of the patient′s condition from the professional institutions are the main directions of future FC treatment.However,there is currently a lack of investigation of risk factors for the formation of anxiety and depressive states in the FC patients,and the relevant risk factors need to be further validated by higher-quality studies.
