艾考糊精在腹膜透析中的应用进展

Application Progress of Icodextrin in Peritoneal Dialysis

腹膜透析是终末期肾病(ESRD)患者有效的肾脏替代疗法之一。透析液是腹膜透析治疗的重要组成部分,目前国内临床上主要使用以葡萄糖为渗透剂的腹膜透析液,容易引起腹膜的结构和功能的改变,最终导致腹膜透析失败。随着透析液的不断改进,出现了多种新型透析液,其中以艾考糊精为渗透剂的透析液应用最广泛。艾考糊精具有生物相容性良好、超滤功能显著、糖脂代谢改善作用强等优势,未来极可能成为国内临床应用于ESRD的主要腹膜透析液之一。

Peritoneal dialysis is one of the effective kidney replacement therapies for end-stage renal disease(ESRD)patients.Dialysate is an important component of peritoneal dialysis treatment.Currently,in clinical practice in China,peritoneal dialysis fluid mainly uses glucose as a penetrating agent,which can easily cause changes in the structure and function of the peritoneum,ultimately leading to failure of peritoneal dialysis.With the continuous improvement of dialysate,various new types of dialysate have emerged,among which the dialysate with icodextrin as the penetrating agent is the most widely used.Icodextrin has advantages such as good biocompatibility,significant ultrafiltration function,and strong improvement effect on glucose and lipid metabolism,which is highly likely to become one of the main peritoneal dialysis fluids for clinical use in ESRD in China in the future.
