摘要
结核病是目前严重威胁人类健康的一种传染病。糖类抗原125(CA125)在临床上主要应用于卵巢癌的诊断和监测,广泛分布于不同上皮细胞,可通过细胞增殖、炎症反应等机制参与疾病的发生发展。虽然与肿瘤关系密切,但随着对CA125研究的深入以及分子生物学技术的进步,其在肺结核、结核性胸膜炎、腹膜结核等结核病诊治中的价值逐渐受到关注。未来深入研究CA125在结核病中的作用机制及其发展规律,对结核病的早期诊断、治疗具有重要意义。
Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that seriously threatens human health at present.Carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)is mainly used in clinical diagnosis and monitoring of ovarian cancer.It is widely distributed in different epithelial cells and can participate in the occurrence and development of diseases through cell proliferation,inflammatory response and other mechanisms.Although it is closely related to tumor,with the deepening of the research on CA125 and the progress of molecular biology technology,its value in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis,tuberculous pleurisy,peritoneal tuberculosis and other tuberculosis has gradually attracted attention.The in-depth study of mechanism of action and development law of CA125 in tuberculosis in the future will be of great significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis.
