质子交换膜燃料电池关键材料发展现状综述

摘要 氢能作为清洁的二次能源,是我国实现“双碳”目标的重要载体。燃料电池作为一种高效的发电技术,已成为氢能利用的主要方式。质子交换膜燃料电池具有反应动力学快、启动温度低等特点,有望成为车载动力装置主要发展方向,但因受催化剂、气体扩散层、质子交换膜和双极板等关键材料成本和性能的制约,距离规模商业化应用仍有一定距离。本文通过对质子交换膜燃料电池关键材料的发展现状及商业化情况进行研究,对比不同产品的优劣势,对未来燃料电池产业的进一步发展提供参考。 Hydrogen energy as al ocleaann secondary energy source,is oann iinmportant carrier for realizing“double carbon”goal.As an efficient power generation technology,fuel cell has become the main way to utilize hydrogen energy.Proton exchange membrane fuel cells have the characteristics of fast reaction kinetics and low starting temp-erature,and are expected to become the main development direction of vehicle power units,but due to the cost and per-formance of key materials such as catalyst,gas diffusion layer,proton exchange membrane and bipolar plate,there is still a certain distance between scale and commercial application.This paper studies the development status and commercialization of key materials for PEMFC,compares the advantages and dis-advantages of different products,and provides references for further development of the fuel cell industry in the future.
