摘要
为增加舰船维修间隔期、降低推进轴系维修成本,需要准确预测舰船推进轴系轴承允许磨损值。本文中建立一种考虑轴系轴承表面不均匀磨损情况下的轴系振动计算理论模型,通过该模型研究舰船轴系轴承长度、刚度和磨损量对舰船轴系固有频率的影响规律;基于以上振动计算理论模型建立一种轴承磨损允许量计算方法,并对实船开展轴系轴承的允许磨损值分析计算。结果表明:本文中建立的计算方法可以有效预测轴系轴承最大允许磨损量;轴系振动固有频率随轴承刚度系数的降低而降低,随轴承长度的减小而降低,随磨损量增加而降低;考虑螺旋桨附连水质量,舰船轴系固有频率会降低约8%~10%。
In order to increase the ship maintenance interval,reduce the cost of shafting maintenance,and effectively predict the allowable wear value of ship shafting bearings,this paper establishes a shafting vibration calculation method considering the uneven wear of shafting bearing surface.Through this method,the influence of the length,stiffness and wear of ship shafting bearings on the natural frequency of ship shafting is studied.Based on the above vibration calculation theory,a calculation method of bearing wear allowance is established.The allowable wear value of shafting bearing is calculated for the real ship.The results show that the calculation method established in this paper can effectively predict the maximum allowable wear of shafting bearings;The natural frequency of shafting vibration decreases with the decrease of bearing stiffness coefficient,the decrease of bearing length and the increase of wear;Considering the attached water mass of the propeller,the natural frequency of the ship shafting will be reduced by about 8%~10%.
