多台阶TC4非对称轴类零件楔横轧成形研究

摘要 为实现某TC4非对称轴类件的精密制造,本文中研究楔横轧成形工艺并根据零件特征设计板式楔横轧模具,使用有限元模拟软件进行不同温度下的仿真模拟,分析了轧件在600、800、1000℃三个轧制温度下成形过程的温度、应力-应变以及损伤分布,结果表明:轧制温度1000℃时轧件的成形效果最佳且尺寸精度最高。通过高精度板式楔横轧机进行实验验证,实验与模拟结果吻合,轧件组织沿径向分布存在梯度,并无明显缺陷,达到目标需求。 To achieve precise manufacturing of an asymmetric TC4 axis component,this paper deeply studies the high-precision forming process of cross wedge rolling and designes the flat cross wedge rolling tools according to the characteristics of part.Using finite element software,simulation at different rolling temperatures is carried out and process parameters are optimized.The temperature,stress-strain,and damage distribution during the forming process of the rolled parts with three rolling temperatures of 600℃,800℃,and 1000℃are analyzed.The results show that the dimensional accuracy of the rolled parts is the best at rolling temperature of 1000℃.Experimental verification is carried out through flat cross wedge rolling mill,experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results.The microstructure of the rolled piece exhibits gradient distribution along the radial direction,has no obvious defects,and meets the target requirements.
