长三角城市物流竞争力测度与提升研究

Research on Measuring and Improving the Logistics Competitiveness of Cities in the Yangtze River Delta

本文从区域物流竞争力引申到城市物流竞争力,较为深入地阐述了城市物流竞争力的内涵、价值和作用,说明了城市物流竞争力评价指标选取的原则和内容,然后基于样本进行了实证研究,对长三角城市物流竞争力进行测度。最后分别对上海、江苏和浙江及各地级市的得分进行了说明和讨论,简要总结了各城市物流的发展过程及未来规划。本研究的主要贡献:一是设计了城市物流竞争力的评价方法,为我国城市物流竞争力评价和比较提供参考模型和方法;二是通过对长三角城市物流竞争力进行实证评估和比较研究,发现城市物流竞争力特点和差距。

In this paper,the connotation,value,and influence of urban logistics competitiveness is deeply expounded,the principles and content of selecting evaluation indicators is explained for urban logistics competitiveness,and then the urban logistics competitiveness of cities in the Yangtze River Delta is measured by empirical research based on samples,extending from regional logistics competitiveness to urban logistics competitiveness.Finally,the scores of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and other prefecture-level cities are explained and discussed.Further,the development process and future plans of logistics in each city are briefly summarized.The main contribution of this study is to design an evaluation method for urban logistics competitiveness,providing reference models and methods for the evaluation.It is also found that the characteristics and gaps of urban logistics competitiveness can guide the future plans of logistics development by conducting empirical evaluation and comparative research on the logistics competitiveness of cities in the Yangtze River Delta.
